Thanks for talking an interest in accuring some badass stuff customized at MoMags. Please take a minute to preview our Ground Rules and other useful suggestions. 

Ground Rule #1: If you don't own it, dont customize it with it. It's simple, don't use other peoples / companies logos, artwork, slogans or copyrights. We will refuse a project that utilizes copyrighted logos and artwork. By attaching your images you are confirming that this artwork is original or does not require any additional licensing.

Ok, so what if it's not so obvious? We'll contact you and confirm you are the actual copywright owner. 

Ground Rule #2: If it ain't legal in your state don't order it.

STATE RESTRICTIONS

The following list is the restrictions known to Momags.  We reserve the right to not ship an order because of a restriction that is not listed here. Any order placed containing restricted products will be subject to a full refund.

MAGAZINES

We will not ship any magazine or ammunition that holds more than the restricted number of rounds to these states:

  • California: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Colorado: No magazines over 15-rounds.
  • Connecticut: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Delaware: No magazines over 17-rounds.
  • District of Columbia: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Hawaii: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Illinois (only Chicago and Cook County) as of 5/6/2023: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Illinois (excluding Chicago and Cook County) as of 5/6/2023: No rifle magazines over 10-rounds, no pistol magazines over 15-rounds.
  • Maryland: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Massachusetts: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • New Jersey: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • New York: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Rhode Island: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Vermont: No rifle magazines over 10-rounds, no pistol magazines over 15-rounds.
  • Washington: No magazines over 10-rounds.
  • Military APO: We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. We can ship to a state-side military base or home address that is not an APO address.

Ground Rule #3: That's about it there is really only two rules, don't steal other peoples sh*t and don't try and order cool sh*t into your state if you can't. Anything else goes, put whateva else you want on there. We. don't. care.
